User Agreement

This agreement governs your use of YourGood Planner at planner.yourgood.io, operated by SIA YOURGOODS, Latvia, Registration No. 40203319700. By creating an account, you accept this agreement and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account details, keep your password private and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Your Planner account and your Zoom authorization are separate. Connecting Zoom does not give other Planner accounts access to your materials.

The service

Planner provides a private archive of Zoom recordings and transcripts. Cloud imports require available Zoom cloud recordings and the relevant account settings and permissions. YourGood Notetaker joins as a visible participant and records audio only after the host grants permission. You must join using your connected Zoom profile and remain in the meeting while the bot is recording. Admission, recording permissions, Zoom availability and applicable Zoom distribution requirements can affect access.

The bot stops when recording permission is withdrawn, the session ends, a required condition is no longer met, you stop it or the 60 minute limit is reached. A network failure can leave an incomplete recording. Queued sessions do not guarantee admission or capture of earlier speech. Bot recordings contain audio only; video is available only from supported cloud recordings.

Recording responsibility

Only invite the bot or import materials you are entitled to process. Inform participants and obtain notices, permissions and consent required by law, your organization and the meeting host. Host approval in Zoom does not replace these obligations. Do not use Planner for covert surveillance, illegal content, infringement, abuse, attempts to bypass Zoom permissions or interference with other users. You remain responsible for your meeting content.

Limits and accuracy

Meetings are retained for 30 days from addition to Planner, with 2 GB of storage per user and a maximum of 60 minutes per bot session. Processing may queue when workers are busy. Transcripts are automated and may contain errors; verify them against the recording before relying on them. The service does not provide professional advice or guarantee complete or uninterrupted capture. No payment is collected in this release.

Content and permission to process

You retain your rights in your content. You grant us permission to store, reproduce and process it only as necessary to provide and secure Planner and comply with law. You do not receive ownership of our software, branding or other users’ content. We do not use your meeting content to train models.

Disconnecting and deletion

You may delete meetings, disconnect Zoom or delete your Planner account in Settings. Deleting a meeting from Planner does not delete the original Zoom cloud recording. Disconnecting Zoom stops new imports and removes related Planner materials. Account deletion removes your account and archive. Deletion and retention details are in the Privacy Policy. Download files you need before their expiry.

Availability, suspension and liability

We may change or suspend features, address abuse or security threats, and restrict accounts that breach this agreement. We provide reasonable care in operating the service but cannot guarantee availability of Zoom or other dependencies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or losses caused by your unlawful use, unauthorized recording or failure to keep necessary copies. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, law and support

We will publish updated terms with an effective date and communicate material changes in the service. Latvian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your country. Contact oplata@yourgood.app for support, complaints or questions before starting a dispute.
